Common options include screen print (ceramic/glass inks, often kiln-fired), etch/sandblast (frosted, permanent), decal/transfer (applied then fired), and UV digital (full color on select shapes).
Etch/sandblast is the most durable. Kiln-fired screen print and fired decals offer strong wash resistance. UV digital durability varies by shape/coating; we recommend hand washing unless otherwise stated.
Yes—fired decals/transfers and UV digital support full color. Decals work well for complex artwork and curves; UV digital supports select shapes and may have imprint size limits.
Minimums vary by style and method. Many glass styles start around 72–144+ pieces; specialty shapes, multi-location prints, or decals may require higher quantities.
Yes—screen printing supports PMS matches using ceramic/glass inks. On clear glass, opaque inks provide the best match; transparent inks allow the glass to show through for a different effect.
Provide vector art (AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined). For full-color processes, supply high-resolution raster (300 DPI at imprint size). Include PMS values and placement notes.
Many styles support wrap or two-sided prints. Availability depends on the glass shape and method. Additional locations/colors may affect setup and pricing.
Most glassware orders ship in about 2–4 weeks after proof approval. Etch and kiln-fired processes can add time. Share your in-hands date and we’ll plan the best option or rush if available.
You’ll receive a digital proof to approve. For select items, blank samples or pre-production proofs may be available; extra cost and time can apply.
Hand wash is recommended unless noted otherwise. Avoid microwave use with metallic inks. Certain states require specific labeling (e.g., Prop 65) depending on the item and method—we’ll advise as needed.
