Place an order through our website or contact our team — we’ll guide you through the process from design to delivery.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment email with your order number and expected proof date. You will also be able to view your order status in the My Orders section of your account.
Next, you’ll receive an email notification when your Art Proof and Order Confirmation are ready. You must approve both your art and order details before production can begin. If changes are needed, you can decline the proof and provide feedback — updated proofs will be sent.
After approval, your order moves to production. Once complete, you’ll receive tracking info via email.
We use a variety of shipping methods to get your product delivered safely and quickly. To track your order, contact your Account Manager or call us at 800-767-8951.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to confirmation, but a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. If your order involves apparel, a restocking fee may also apply.
Colors can print differently across product types. For example, artwork may appear differently on tote bags or aprons than it does on apparel, and differently on glassware than on fabric. Exact color matching across all products cannot be guaranteed.
