Screen Printing

Screen printing on Apparel and Glassware is our wheelhouse. It's what we've done since 1988. Screen printing is a printing technique that utilizes a stencil to deposit ink onto a substrate. Each color of a design has its own screen. Screens are 'registered' to one another to achieve multi-color decorations.

We have up to six color screen print capability on a wide assortment of glassware and up to ten color capability on hundreds of apparel items. With our combination of state of the art and traditional equipment, we have the flexibility to provide custom decoration services on orders as small as 48 pieces to projects as large as 500,000 pieces. We combine a variety of processes to achieve the best print result, including organic solvent based and UV inks, ceramic enamel inks, precious metals, plastisol, soft hand and special effects techniques.

We have a seasoned staff of graphic designers to assist with your design and recommend a strategy for the best print result.
