Pricing transparency means you can see the full cost of your project up front — not just the price per piece. A transparent quote includes decoration costs, setup fees, and shipping so you can compare vendors using the true total cost.
Deceptive Pricing Is Wrong
Grandstand values transparency.
What’s the TRUE Landed Cost of Your Glassware? We value our customers, and we value transparency. The price you see is what you pay. Other suppliers? Not so much. They advertise unbelievably low prices, and that's exactly what they are — unbelievable.
They deceive you by tacking on multiple charges like color costs, screen fees and other phantom fees. The product price might appear cheaper, at first — until you add all those hidden fees onto the total price. Then they charge exorbitant shipping charges on top of that, just because they can.
Don’t let deceptively low prices turn into a costly mistake. Before you order, ask:
-
What’s the price per piece?
-
How much are setup fees?
-
What additional fees will I be charged? Are there screen or pallet fees?
-
What is the total shipping cost?

Price is important. So is honesty and transparency.
Other companies know they can’t beat our quality and service, so they try to lure you in with lower prices. But if you look at their real landed costs, you’ll see they can’t beat us there either.

Some quotes highlight a low unit price but add additional charges later. Setup fees, art charges, screen fees, rush fees, and shipping can change the total significantly — so the lowest unit price doesn’t always mean the lowest final cost.
Ask whether the quote includes setup costs, screen charges, per-color fees, art preparation, proofs, packaging, and any additional handling fees. Most importantly, confirm whether shipping is included and what the total delivered cost will be.
Landed cost is the final total you pay to receive your order — including product, decoration, setup fees, and shipping. It’s the best number to use when comparing vendors because it reflects the true cost of the program.
Setup fees cover the work required to prepare your artwork for production. Depending on the decoration method, this can include creating screens, separating colors, setting up files for printing, and preparing proofs so your design prints accurately.
Compare quotes using the same variables: item, quantity, decoration method, number of colors, print area, and shipping destination. Then compare the total delivered cost (landed cost) and confirm what’s included so you’re evaluating apples-to-apples.
Your final cost is confirmed once your artwork and order details are approved. If changes are requested (such as print size, color count, quantity, or product changes), pricing may adjust accordingly before production begins.
Share the product (or product type), quantity, decoration method (if known), number of colors, print location/size, shipping destination, and your artwork file. With those details, we can provide an accurate quote and help avoid surprise fees.
