Screen print is a dependable choice for bold graphics, high-visibility logos, and larger production runs where color, consistency, and durability matter.
Ink is pushed through individual screens for each color, creating a crisp printed layer that works especially well on tees, fleece, and event-driven apparel programs.
Embroidery gives apparel a more elevated, stitched finish that works well for uniforms, polos, headwear, outerwear, and brands that want a polished professional presentation.
Artwork is digitized into stitch paths and sewn directly into the garment, creating texture and dimension rather than a flat printed surface.
Full custom printing takes your design and tastefully covers your entire garment from edge to edge. This allows you to fully customize your merch with your brand for premium-level visibility from every angle.
Artwork is printed directly onto the garment surface, making it easier to reproduce intricate graphics, tonal shifts, and lower-quantity designs without separate screens for each color.
Patch decoration adds structure and character, making it a strong choice for heritage branding, outerwear, hats, and merchandise that needs a crafted, dimensional feel.
A woven, embroidered, leather, or specialty patch is produced separately and then applied to the garment for a finished look with added texture and material contrast.

Yes! You can mix garment sizes and apparel colors within a single production run, provided that the decoration method, artwork sizing, and ink/thread colors remain exactly identical across the entire batch.
Most custom apparel orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks after your digital art proof and final order confirmation are approved. Turnaround times can vary based on production capacity and item availability.
Absolutely. Grandstand specializes in bulk commercial production. Our pricing structure is volume-based, so larger orders generally receive a lower per-unit cost.
We offer high-quality screen printing and premium embroidery for custom apparel and headwear. Screen printing is ideal for vibrant, high-volume t-shirts and hoodies, while embroidery works well for hats, polos, jackets, outerwear, and corporate apparel.
Ink colors can render slightly differently across different materials. Fabric, canvas, and glass all absorb or display ink differently, so exact matching across separate product categories cannot always be guaranteed.
We partner with leading apparel brands to offer everything from retail-quality fashion fits to durable promotional basics, including options from brands like Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Carhartt, and Richardson.
Yes. Once you place an order online or through an Account Manager, you will receive an official art proof and order confirmation by email. Production will not begin until you approve your proof.
For the best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF files with fonts outlined. If you only have a .PNG or .JPG, our design team may be able to help prepare the artwork for production.
Orders can be canceled before formal art proof and order confirmation approval. Once processing has begun, cancellation fees or restocking fees may apply, especially when garments have already been allocated for production.
