A fifth generation father and son farmer duo, Roger and Hayes Kelman, used their knowledge of farming corn, wheat, milo, rye, triticale, and soybeans and used it to create Boot Hill Distillery, a distillery unlike any other in the state of Kansas. Using grains exclusively grown on the Kelman Farms, this family operation creates some of the finest spirits in the Midwest.
Located in the Historic Dodge City Municipal Building atop the original Boot Hill Cemetery weaves past to present, and today, a different type of spirit inhabits Boot Hill. Stop in to enjoy their live music events, relax in their tasting room, or schedule a tour.
