Most decorated stock headwear orders ship within approximately 2 to 4 weeks after your art proof and final order confirmation are approved. Fully custom hats, custom beanies, specialty patches, and complex decoration may require additional production time. Turnaround also depends on product availability, order size, and seasonal production capacity.

Yes. After you place an order online or through an Account Manager, you will receive an official art proof and order confirmation by email. The proof allows you to review the artwork, placement, size, and decoration details. Production will not begin until you approve the proof and order information.

For the best results, we recommend submitting vector artwork in .AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF format with all fonts converted to outlines. High-resolution .PNG or .JPG files may also be accepted. Our design team will review your artwork and let you know if adjustments or embroidery digitizing are needed before production.

Orders can generally be canceled before the formal art proof and order confirmation are approved. Once blank headwear has been allocated, artwork has been digitized, custom materials have been ordered, or production has begun, cancellation or restocking fees may apply. Fully custom headwear may not be cancelable after manufacturing has started.
