A collection of printed merchandise and expert consultation designed to help new distillers get a head start on their branding efforts. To enter, tell us your story! We are looking for what sets you apart, entries will be judged on; originality, creativity, and community involvement.
Not a new distiller? Existing distillers can refer their favorite “newbie”, if selected you’ll receive a free case of glassware.

The Rules
The Nitty Gritty
Rules to Play By:
- Entrants must be a newly licensed distilleries (within the last 24 months) and located in the United States or Canada.
- Only one entry per distillery.
- All distilleries and referring distilleries must Like and Follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
- All distilleries and referring distilleries must register at egrandstand.com/new-distiller (Must be a valid email address).
- Previous winners of the prize package are NOT eligible to enter.
- NOTE: This is NOT a spirits judging contest.
How to Enter
Every brand has a story to tell and every Craft Distiller has a journey to share. We want to hear yours. Each entrant must:
- Like and follow us on Facebook and Instagram (All entrants need to like and follow Grandstand on Facebook and Instagram to be elegible to win)
- Tell us a story about your distillery in 750 words or fewer. Tell us how your distillery got started, show us your passion for distilling, or share your distillery's plans after opening. We would also love to hear about your spirits, distilling process, or anything else that makes your craft spirits and distillery story unique. Please include information on your current distillery branding and community involvement.
- Please include a photo representing your club – the people, the brand, the spirits or something else you feel helps tell your story.
- Complete the registration form above.
Unimpaired Judgement
Entries will be judged on their stories' originality, relevance, degree of enthrall and charm, and level of community involvement by an internal Grandstand panel. The panel will evaluate and rank each submission and vote on a single grand prize winner based on the criteria below. Votes will be ranked on a scale outlined by the maximum number in each category. The submission with the highest average of votes will win. All decisions of the panel will be final.
